I know what it feels like for the doctors to have no answers.
In 2013, I fractured my skull skateboarding. What followed was a cascade of chronic issues: migraines, fatigue, nausea, pain, dizziness, fainting, anxiety, depression, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalance, painful and irregular cycles, digestive disorders, heart problems, nervous system imbalances…
All met with prescriptions I didn’t want and vague suggestions that I just needed to rest. Until I found homeopathy and holistic practitioners who actually listened.
This gave my first breath of relief and sent me down a life-long journey of studies: herbalism, wildcrafting, anatomy, nervous system regulation, healing diets, and iridology. After 6 years of studies, my course of self-healing has shifted outward – to helping you do the same.
Whatever has landed you on this page, I feel you, I believe you, and I’m ready to walk the path to healing alongside you.☆

The Practices Behind Your Healing
-
Iridology is an integration of both art and science. It is the practice of viewing the iris, observing its markings and patterns, and assessing the body as a whole. The iris reflects every part of the body, revealing the state of the physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of a person. It shows patterns of constriction and congestion, helping us understand how the body is adapting and where support may be needed.
When you meet someone new, look objectively at the eyes as an indicator of the whole person. What color do you see? Are they clear and bright or dull and clouded? Do they feel grounded and full of life? This is a meeting of the spirit, revealing mysteries through observation. Iridology illuminates constitutional strengths and vulnerabilities, allowing transformation to unfold through a clearer, more conscious way of living. It is a powerful instrument within the art of medicine.
-
The body is whole, intelligent, and shaped by the land, season, and lived experience. Your bioregion matters in understanding the patterns of your unique map. Locally sourced medicine gives you the most medicinal properties your cells crave. It's minerally dense, and floods the body with bioavailable nutrients. What this means is, your body actually uses these properties.
Bioregional herbalism pays close attention to ecological health in connection to human health. We work with locally abundant plants, become a steward of the land, and a voice for them. Bioregional herbalism offers reciprocal healing, deep cultural and planetary connection. The land becomes a partner and ally, rather than something we are separate from.
-
Working this way, healing becomes a collaborative, creative, and reciprocal process rather than a standardized one. Together, we uncover the imbalances and incorporate holistic health and detox to restore balance and support lasting wellness. Blending these modalities harmonizes a personal path to homeostasis.
This helps you learn to live in your body with faith, respect and understanding, which positively influences and creates an inner world of peace, ease and contentment. Seeing the connectedness of life, both inwardly through iridology and outwardly in the world, is a state of grace that grows out of respect and love.

How Your Herbal Medicine
is Sourced
My herbal practice is rooted in place and relationship. I grow and tend plants using no-till organic methods, feeding the soil with homemade compost so microorganisms, nutrients, and plant health remain in balance. Healthy soil creates resilient plants, naturally supporting biodiversity and reducing the need for intervention.
I follow sustainable harvesting practices and the Honorable Harvest — taking only what is needed, never the first or last plant, and giving gratitude and reciprocity in return. When I source herbs from the community, I choose local organic growers who maintain a respectful relationship with their land. This ensures the medicine is both ecologically responsible and energetically vital.
How I Approach Holistic Healing
This work is not about finding what is “wrong,” but understanding your patterns and supporting the body’s natural intelligence. I consider both the physical signs reflected in the iris and the emotional and energetic terrain they exist within.
Food is medicine and I encourage a balanced, whole foods and herbal approach. Recommendations focus on gentle restoration — supporting the nervous system, nourishing organs and tissues, and opening natural pathways of elimination. I avoid extreme detoxes, restriction, and dependency. Healing is gradual, sustainable, and designed to fit your real life.
What Sessions Feel Like
My practice is trauma informed. Sessions are a calm, safe, and grounded space where you can arrive exactly as you are. They are both structured and intuitive, allowing room for education, reflection, and honest conversation.
Together we explore what is present and translate that awareness into practical guidance. The goal is not only relief, but a deeper relationship with your body and the confidence to care for it moving forward. People often leave feeling seen, settled, and more connected to their body, with a clearer understanding of what it is asking for and how to care for it.

I've had a quiet inward dialogue with the land for as long as I can remember.Meet your iridologist
& herbalist
From a young age, I've been connected to the natural world—running barefoot through the morning dew, catching bugs and bullfrogs, observing and soaking up the warmth and smells that nature provides. Lost in the moments of inward listening…that connection naturally grew into a path of healing work.
Over the past several years I’ve witnessed my own irises change alongside my health, reflecting a process of restoration and regeneration. That transformation is what I want for you, too, a visible impact that creates ripples, leading to less suffering and a lighter footprint on this earth.
This work is never separate from who I am and I remain committed to learning, evolving and tending both my own health and the health of others.
While my mission is rooted from self-healing and lived-practice, I’ve studied in-person with experts and sat with the land everyday for the past six years. -
